Visit statistics

To understand which pages are useful, the site counts visits with Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics 4. The counters start only after your first action on a page, such as a tap, a click, a key press, scrolling or moving the mouse, so a visit that does nothing is not counted.

They record which pages were opened, how the visitor arrived, the type of device and browser, and an approximate city taken from the IP address. They do not record what you type, and session recording (Webvisor) and click maps are turned off. Google signals and advertising personalisation are turned off as well.

The counters set cookies, their own and their partners', to tell a new visit from a returning one. Yandex and Google process this data under their own privacy policies. In their reports we see visits without names, with pages, devices and approximate places, but not who you are.

The contact form

What you write in the form (your name, e-mail, phone if you give it, and the message) is sent to our server and from there by e-mail to our staff at info@navovar.com, whose mail is run by Yandex, with a copy at Gmail. We use it only to answer you and keep it in the mailbox for as long as the conversation needs it.

To limit spam, the server keeps the IP address and the time of each message for 90 days and then deletes them. To keep robots out, the form is checked by Cloudflare Turnstile, which looks at signals from your browser and, only when unsure, asks you to confirm that you are a person.

The map

The map of our office comes from Google Maps. It loads only when you scroll close to it, and Google may then set its own cookies.

Settings in your browser

Your choice of language and of the light or dark theme is kept in your own browser so the site remembers it next time. It is not sent to us.

Who sees the data

The messages are read by our staff. Yandex and Google handle the visit statistics and the mail, Google shows the map, and Cloudflare protects the site and the form. We do not sell your data.

Like most sites, our server also writes a log of requests (the IP address, the time and the page asked for). It is kept for up to 30 days to keep the site running and safe.

Your choices

You can block cookies or clear them in your browser settings, and the site will work as before. To ask us to delete a message you sent, write to info@navovar.com.
